On the 7 November Venera is performing an exciting programme of Russian music at Tonhalle Maag in Zurich. One of the jewels of the programme is the  Reinhold Glière's Concerto for Coloratura Soprano with Orchestra. The Zurich Sinfonietta is conducted by João Tiago Santos. The programme also includes Glinka's Overture to "Ruslan and Lyudmila", excerpts from Rimsky-Korsakov's opera "The Tsar's Bride" and  Tchaikovsky's Symphony No 5.
